Women’s Mindfulness Fall Retreat November 14-17, 2019

Wherever you are in your life, listening for your voice is essential to your path in the world and to your healing.
Sometimes we get lost and forget how to listen.    This retreat is about  “Listening for Your Voice.”

Are you a woman aged 40-75 feeling lost, challenged, alone or confused in your life right now? Are you searching for a way to re-connect with the “You” you used to be, but can’t seem to find again?

Are you a self-aware professional woman looking for more tools to deepen your compassion and authenticity as a woman in your life now? To deepen your relationship with yourself?

Are you aging and sageing and need to expand your spiritual grounding, find more meaning and identity, to feel more alive and settled into this phase of your life?

This retreat is for women in midlife who are looking for tools for self-care, grief work, and self-compassion; or just an opportunity to slow down and feel the support of other women. We will explore mindfulness practices, walking, moving and sitting to drop deeper into our feminine voices and power. Whether you have a mindfulness practice or are curious to explore these tools more deeply, we will create a deeper circle of care and deep listening together.

In this weekend, we will uncover and explore what we know about ourselves deep inside, that is always there for us—when we slow down and get quiet.
