Description
Day 1: Saturday, May 6: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Location: TBD
A Day of Mindfulness: Join this outdoor practice on a beautiful property & home at the edge of the Roosevelt National Forest. Learn guided nature practice, walking and sitting meditation and self-compassion practices in silence. Open to men and women. Deepen your personal practice through sensory awareness practice; being in the five senses. Learn how these practices in nature can rejuvenate and nourish you after this year of being disconnected or out of touch with human contact. Whether you have a regular mindfulness practice, or you are just starting to explore, this day is a perfect first step and will be guided with support.
Prepayment is necessary to assure a place. Limited to 15 people. All activities will be outdoors so dress accordingly, though we will provide alternative shaded areas for getting out of hot weather and/or rain. Bring a sack lunch and water. Bring a portable chair, Crazy Creek or something to sit on the ground on comfortably and blanket. Plan on staying for deep connection time at the end of the day.
