A Day of Mindfulness: Join this outdoor practice on a beautiful property & home at the edge of the Roosevelt National Forest. Learn guided nature practice, walking and sitting meditation and self-compassion practices in silence designed for beginners or new meditators. All will be done in silence, with guidance about practicing in silence. Open to men and women. Prepayment is necessary to assure a place. Limited to 15 people. All activities will be outdoors so dress accordingly. Bring a sack lunch and water. Covid restrictions apply: please wear a mask. Bring a portable chair, Crazy Creek or something to sit on the ground on comfortably and blanket. Social time will be available at the end of the day.
