Day 1: Saturday, May 9th 9 – 5 pm Location: To be determined (directions will be sent out prior to the event)
A Day of Mindfulness: Guided nature practice, walking and sitting meditation and self-compassion practices will be offered. Bring your yoga mat for lunchtime practice which is optional. Some hiking is also available at lunch. All will be done in silence, with guidance about practicing in silence. Support is offered for beginners. Open to men and women. Prepayment is necessary to assure a place. Limited to 15 people. All activities will be outdoors so dress accordingly. Bring a sack lunch and water. Please wear a mask. We will practice social distancing. Bring a portable chair, Crazy Creek or something to sit on the ground on comfortably. Sliding scale available.
