In this group we will explore mindfulness tools that can bring you into peace & joy and out of anxiety, stress, pain and depression. Holding yourself in a warm embrace of self-compassion and mindfulness daily is the best antidote for finding a way through this maze of unpleasant and challenging emotions.

This woman’s circle is the way we can all support each other in growing our Self-Compassion Practices. Along with attending silent retreats, this woman’s practice circle is the place to stay in touch with other women on the same path–women learning how to love themselves more deeply and how to be more available to those you love–learning to live with compassion for yourself and others in a more balanced way. The goal of this circle is to support and stabilize your personal formal (daily) mindful self-compassion practice.
In this circle, we will open with a Self-Compassion practice period, then a personal practice check-in, and then determine who might have questions or need more support. We will end with more practice. Each member will get equal support time over the course of the group.
