The Crone’s Truth Mandala

Truth is below the surface of everything

Feeling allows the crust of distrust to crack open

But fear, discomfort, competition, indifference, greed and unexpressed anger

Form a fake crust that hardens over time.

I am now a crone with a truth mandala that has

burst open in anger, despair and compassion.

I no longer hold back my truth

Even when it is filled with anger,

Because it holds my truth and must be felt and digested.

Don’t let your anger be shut down because it holds your truth.

Don’t let your anger be shut down

But learn to feel it fully and let it energize you forward—

To feel everything is to be fully alive and present.

I am now a crone with a truth mandala that speaks for all beings

On this Earth,

Speaking for all beings I cry out for forgiveness, permission and understanding

That I might honor those who are here before me and have created my world

I call for a new way of being with this world, with nature, alongside her

Feeling her as much as I feel myself;

Feeling myself as a part of it all not better not different but the same

I can imagine a world where we all together create peace and love

I can imagine a world where we all allow our authentic expression to arise and listen to each other

And to generously give back in the same generosity we were given

I can imagine when my heart is open and my truth is available to express freely

I can imagine as a human being who is capable of love and creativity

When I refuse to be silent or invisible as a crone

I refuse to be silent or invisible now

Because I hold the wisdom the world needs now

I speak with all wise women on this planet

I speak my truth.

I am a crone with a truth mandala for the Earth and all beings.

May we deepen into our grief and sorrow to find what we care about most!

May we face our fears openly to unpack our hearts and build more courage.

May we speak out our anger to ourselves to activate our authentic selves and to guide us to find compassionate action in the world

May we witness our emptiness, our sense of deprivation and need, and make space for something new to arise and be noticed.
