Description

This retreat is for women in midlife who are looking for tools for self-care, grief work, and self-compassion; or just an opportunity to slow down and feel the support of other women. We will explore mindfulness practices, walking, moving and sitting to drop deeper into our feminine voices and power. Whether you have a mindfulness practice or are curious to explore these tools more deeply, we will create a deeper circle of care and deep listening together.

For those of you who attended one of the last two years, you will find additional tools to continue your practices of self-compassion.  We will have add-on sessions in the evening and break-out small group practice periods for more in-depth discussion and focus.

In this weekend, we will uncover, share  and explore what we know about ourselves deep inside, that is always there for us—when we slow down and get quiet and tap into our own deep feminine wisdom.

COVID-19 UPDATE: If there is a need to cancel this retreat due to REMERC closing the retreat center, all payments will be refunded minus $20 administrative fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations between September 1 and October `1st  will receive a full refund minus $50 non-refundable deposit.  No refunds after October 1st.

Facilitated by Donna Roe Daniell, LCSW

Donna brings over 28 years of experience as a family therapist, vipassana meditation practitioner, MBSR
teacher, certified IFS therapist and trained MSC teacher into her coaching practice.  She works specifically with women in midlife transitions such as divorce, death of a loved one, empty-nesting, caretaking a loved one, menopause or major medical issues, and retirement or work transitions.   Her unique coaching  program, “The Midlife Voyage to Transformation,” offers a powerful mindfulness toolbox that ignites fierce courage in the face of fear.
